·These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase of goods or services from Efmag Office Machines Ltd.
·These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.
2.Products & Pricing
·All prices are in Euro and inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
·Description of goods, services and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice. Although we seek to ensure information is correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If we discover an error, we will try to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order and obtain a refund if desired.
·For specific discounts on prices, wholesale prices, special offers e.t.c please contact our office.
·Current available payment methods are Cash or Cheque on delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.
·Delivery will usually take place 1 to 2 working days after acceptance of an order.
LARNACA & FAMAGUSTA AREA For purchases over 40€ (including VAT)delivery is free of charge. For purchases that the total amount does not exceed 40€ (incluting VAT) we send them by courier of your choice and you will be charged the delivery or we can deliver it for you with the charge of €5(incluting VAT).
FOR THE OTHER AREAS delivery charge is applied according to the choice of the courier.
5.Refund / cancellation policy
·Should you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact Efmag Office Machines Ltd within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit or refund. We may require return to us of the goods with proof of purchase before actioning an exchange, credit or refund request. Rerurned products must be in pre-purchased condition.We will be pleased to consider exchange, credit or refund for other reasons, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion. Any refund will be made using your original payment method or another method at our discretion.
·Warranty is product specific and is valid for one or two years from the date of purchase by the consumer.

·Efmag Office Machines Ltd do not warrant the following - Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear - Consumables. - Any software. - Parts subject to wear (e.g., print heads and guide rollers) as well as supplies and accessories (e.g., batteries and recording media) used with this product are not covered by this warranty. - Defects caused by modifications carried out without our approval.
·.Warranty repair service is excluded if damage or defects have been caused by: - Improper use, excessive use, handling or operation of the product as referred to in the users' or operators' manuals and/or relevant user documents, including without limitation, incorrect storage, dropping, excessive shocks, corrosions,electrical failure, dirt,water or sand damages. - Repairs, modifications or cleaning carried out at a service centre different than Efmag Office Machines Ltd. - Damage caused directly by the use of spare parts, software or consumables (such as ink, paper, toner or batteries), which are not compatible with the product or refilled. You are advised to check compatibility prior to use. - Connecting the product to equipment not approved for connection by Efmag Office Machines Ltd. - Inadequate packaging of the product when returning it to our service centre. - Accidents or disasters or any cause beyond the control of Efmag Office Machines Ltd, including but not limited to lightning, water, fire, public disturbances and improper ventilation.
